Brilo AI Community Code of Conduct

Our Pledge

We commit to making participation in our community harassment-free for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation. We strive to foster an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community.

Community Service Agreement

We aim to monitor our community and respond to questions as quickly as possible. However, we can't guarantee immediate responses to every inquiry. For urgent issues, please contact your Brilo Account Executive if you have a support plan, or be patient as we do our best to assist you.

Positive Behavior Examples

  • Show empathy and kindness.

  • Respect differing opinions and experiences.

  • Provide and accept constructive feedback graciously.

  • Take responsibility and apologize for mistakes, learning from them.

  • Focus on the community's overall well-being.

Unacceptable Behavior Examples

  • Use of sexualized language or imagery.

  • Trolling, insulting, or derogatory comments.

  • Harassment, both public and private.

  • Sharing private information without permission.

  • Conduct inappropriate in a professional setting.

  • Excessive use of @ messaging groups for attention.

Enforcement Responsibilities

Community leaders will clarify and enforce these standards, taking appropriate and fair corrective action for any unacceptable behavior. They have the right to remove, edit, or reject contributions not aligned with this Code of Conduct and will communicate reasons for moderation decisions when appropriate.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies in all community spaces and extends to public representations of the community, such as official email addresses, social media accounts, or appointed representative roles.

Enforcement

Report any instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior to the community leaders at support@brilo.ai. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly and fairly, with privacy and security respected.

Enforcement Guidelines

  1. Correction: Private written warning for inappropriate language or behavior.

  2. Warning: Warning with consequences for continued behavior, including avoidance of interactions for a specified period.

  3. Temporary Ban: Temporary ban for serious violations, with no public or private interaction during the period.

  4. Permanent Ban: Permanent ban for repeated violations or severe misconduct.

This Code of Conduct is adapted from the Contributor Covenant, version 2.0. Community Impact Guidelines were inspired by Mozilla's code of conduct enforcement ladder.
